• Camera & photos: We access your camera and photo library only when you choose to take or upload photos of items. Photos are stored on our servers to power your inventory.
• Location data: With your permission, we collect your device location to help organize items by location.
• Push notification tokens: We store device tokens to send you notifications you opt into.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as app opens and feature usage to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Y-NO app and its features.
• To process subscriptions and payments via Stripe.
• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To provide AI-powered features (item recognition, chat assistance).
• To respond to support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Supabase: For authentication and database services.
• OpenAI: Item photos and text may be sent to AI services for recognition features. No personal identity data is shared.
• Firebase: For push notification delivery.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Y-NO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account settings.
